Share data on your terms.

We agree what can be shared, prepare the records and define how the buyer may use them. Confidential information is excluded.

Protection at every step.

The details are agreed around your records, your obligations and the intended use. A sample for assessment is separate from a package prepared for a buyer.

Agree the scope and access

Before a sample moves, we agree which records are included, who may access them and what the assessment is for. The transfer method and arrangements for retention or deletion are defined for that scope.

Prepare the private details

The agreed preparation covers the records, attachments and notes. Personal information, credentials, payment details and confidential business information are excluded from the package shared with a buyer.

Put your review before delivery

You review the prepared package and approve the buyer and permitted use before delivery. The review considers what records could reveal when combined; material that cannot be appropriately prepared is left out.

Set the licence boundaries

You retain ownership of your original records. The agreement defines the buyer’s permitted use, duration and any exclusivity, retention or deletion terms. Future deliveries stay within the scope you approve.

Questions about
data protection.

Preserve the value of your data while protecting
private details.

The value is in what happened, the decision taken and the result. Preparation keeps that useful history connected while respecting the exclusions agreed with your business.
