Capability and baseline
Name the model capability and task. Agree which models, existing benchmarks or held-out checks would make a pilot informative.

Business data and task environments scoped to a model capability,
with source rights and outcome checks defined for each pilot.
Start with the capability and workflow you want to study. We scope the material around that use and describe what the source can actually support.
Operational records organised around a research question, with their source, coverage, permissions and known gaps described.
Orders, support cases, documents and software records.
Linked records of what was known, the actions and tool use that followed, and the recorded outcome where those details exist.
A request connected to its decisions, changes and resolution.
A defined starting state, available tools, reset behaviour and outcome checks, scoped to the capability you want to examine.
The task definition and scoring logic form part of the proposed pilot.
A focused conversation establishes the fit before a broader delivery is agreed.
Tell us the workflow, target model capability and evaluation or training use you are exploring.
Where suitable material and permissions exist, review representative records or a task definition, including what is missing and how success would be checked.
Set its scope, volume, timeline, delivery format, permitted use, access and commercial terms before work begins.
A fictional software task: resolve a date-range export bug. Connected issues, code history, reviews and tests explain the work. An evaluation also needs a defined starting point, available tools and explicit outcome checks.
A credible pilot makes its contents, checks and rights inspectable. We identify what is available, what needs testing and what is not yet established.
Name the model capability and task. Agree which models, existing benchmarks or held-out checks would make a pilot informative.
Describe the observations, actions, tool calls, human turns and timestamps actually present. Identify missing links and fields.
Define the outcome checks or rubric, test for shortcuts and compare repeated runs. Validate automated scoring against human review where relevant.
Specify source permissions, allowed training or evaluation use, ownership, any exclusivity, delivery format and access for each proposed package.
Practical guides to the records, context and permissions behind a research package.
We discuss both. Evaluation and training can require different preparation, access and permissions. The package and licence are scoped to the intended use; permission for one does not automatically cover the other.
Availability depends on the workflow, source permissions and preparation required. Share your research requirements so we can discuss a specific fit. This page describes the types of work we scope, rather than a catalogue of immediately available datasets or environments.
Yes. Describe the work you want an agent to perform, the tools it would use and how you would judge the result. We assess feasibility against the sources and permissions available before proposing a scope.
Where suitable material and permissions exist, we can scope a small sample with a short description of its source, contents and limits. A proposed environment sample would include its task definition and scoring logic. Access and permitted use are agreed before anything is shared.
The pilot defines what a pass means and whether it is checked by code, a rubric or expert judgement. It should test for shortcuts, compare automated checks with human review where relevant, and show variation across repeated runs. We only report results for tests that have actually been completed.
We distinguish measured results from a proposed test. A training or evaluation pilot can specify a model, method, baseline and held-out tasks in advance; any reported before-and-after result would name those conditions and the observed variation.
We assess source permissions and agree whether evaluation, training or both are permitted. Preparation and exclusions are defined for each source. Personal information, credentials, payment details and confidential business information are excluded from material shared with a buyer; access and retention follow the agreed scope.
